A member of the hard floor maintenance profession since 1975, Stanley Quentin Hulin has almost three decades of hard floor maintenance, services, training, sales/marketing and management experience. Stan has been the past president and CEO of Heritage Building Maintenance and has designed and implemented floor maintenance programs for cleaning companies such as American Building Maintenance and DuPont Flooring Systems.

As a national and international consultant for chemical, equipment and janitorial supply distribution companies, Stanley has conducted hard floor maintenance seminars throughout the United States as well as the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Egypt. He has been sought out to conduct informational seminars/clinics and establish educational programs as well as to serve as a floor maintenance speaker at industry conventions and meetings.

A monthly columnist for ICS Cleaning Specialist Magazine a Business News Publication since 1995, Stanley has written many articles relating to the technical and management aspects of the hard floor maintenance profession.

As a member of the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification), he is technical advisor for the newly formed Commercial Division with shared responsibility to create, develop and implement seven new hard floor maintenance certification courses within the next two years. Additionally he is the chair person for the upcoming Resilient Floor Maintenance Technician (RFMT) and assistant chair for the Hard Floor Maintenance Technician (HFMT) - previously the Floor Care Technician (FCT) certification course. The remaining courses to be developed are Wood Floor Maintenance Technician (WFMT), Concrete Floor Maintenance Technician (CFMT), Clay Component Floor Maintenance Technician (CCFMT), Stone Floor Maintenance Technician and Specialty Floor Maintenance Technician (SPFMT).

As National Hard Floor Maintenance Manager at DuPont Flooring Systems, Stan created, developed and implemented the national hard floor maintenance program. He has written manuals and developed training classes to elevate and standardize the status of professional technicians. Additionally, Stan was instrumental in creating, developing and implementing the Modular Training System for career development. Stan has also created and delivered specified training for individual companies, associations and groups associated with DuPont Flooring Systems.

As President and CEO of Future Floor Technology, Inc. Stan continues to raise the standards in education and training. Stan also offers consulting for cleaning companies, facilities and building managers, associations and groups. As a professional speaker, Stan is sought after to speak at conventions and trade shows.
